I’m Diksha, a yoga and meditation teacher, a lifelong student of inner stillness, and someone who values sincerity more than spectacle.

I’ve spent the last 10+ years guiding students across different walks of life. 

My offerings are online, intentionally curated for those seeking depth in their practice and a grounded sense of peace. I aim to support sincere seekers on their path of Yog Sadhna with an embodied awareness.

My work is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just a method for physical and mental relief but also a path to evolve into our highest self.

Whether it’s through 1:1 sessions, online courses, or immersive retreats—I teach what I have embodied and mastered myself.

Yoga for me is a slow, conscious, breath-led movement practice aimed to open not just the physical body but also profoundly impact the subtle body. And meditation—a deep dive into silence and effortlessness. An integration of the asana and pranayama practice.
